PROJECT PROCUREMENT
Turnaround Static Equipment Replacement
Organise vessels, exchanger replacements and associated parts by tag and required-on-site date. Huawang evaluates fabrication and coordinated supply against the approved input and inspection critical path.

Heze Huawang is a pressure-vessel and large custom process-equipment manufacturer. In-house fabrication is assessed first; joint manufacture, specialist subcontracting and sourced items must have their actual origin and responsibility identified in the quotation.
Scope to assess
- Multi-tag replacement equipment assessment
- Exchanger and bundle scope separation
- Inspection and document milestones
- Phased shipment and site handover interfaces
Useful RFQ inputs — incomplete records accepted
- Equipment list and critical-tag priority
- Old records and approved replacement documents
- Shutdown window and required-on-site dates
- Access, lifting and transport constraints
- Witness notice periods and release authority
A name, equipment tag, list, datasheet, photograph or short project description is enough to open a discussion. Leave unknown engineering values blank; design approval and a firm quotation follow clarification.
Execution and responsibility
- Work backwards from required arrival dates
- Identify drawing, material and inspection dependencies
- Confirm each fabrication and specialist supply source
- Agree phased delivery and changes to the schedule baseline
An urgent RFQ does not establish a guaranteed short lead time. Removal, installation, site work and unknown existing-equipment conditions are separately allocated.
Related procurement paths
Pressure Vessel Replacement & Revamp
Send the old equipment reference, revised service conditions and site interface records to assess a replacement vessel. Huawang reviews the fabrication scope before a project-specific quotation.
Existing Equipment Replication Review
Missing original drawings do not prevent a preliminary RFQ. Start with equipment tags, nameplate records or photographs; agree survey access and a new approved manufacturing basis before fabrication.
Build-to-Print Pressure Vessel RFQ
Submit authorised drawings, a datasheet or an equipment list for a fabrication-scope review. Identify drawing status, materials, inspection requirements and vendor deliverables rather than assuming every file is approved for construction.
Pressure Vessel Vendor Qualification
Assess whether Huawang fits a specific pressure-vessel order using current licence scope, fabrication resources and controlled evidence. Public company information is a starting point, not a blanket approval for every code or service.
Inspection & Vendor Documentation Scope
Define ITP, TPI, VDR and MDR requirements before award. Connect inspection notifications, document revisions, comments and final release to the actual equipment tags and agreed contract scope.
