DESIGN & FABRICATION
Design and fabrication considerations
Materials, structure, inspection and process requirements remain governed by approved project documents and the applicable code.Material system
Pressure-part materials, supply condition, retesting and supplementary requirements are defined in design documents and maintained under traceability control.
Sealing and interfaces
Flange rating, facing, gasket, nozzle orientation and valve or safety-accessory interfaces are checked before fabrication.
Welding and inspection
Welding procedures reflect material, thickness and structure; NDE method, extent and acceptance criteria follow project documents.
Testing and cleanliness
Pressure testing, internal cleanliness, drying and final condition must be explicitly stated rather than inferred from the equipment name.
Transport protection
Shipping supports, nozzle protection, coating and marking, route and site conditions form part of delivery review.

01Is vessel volume alone enough for an RFQ?＋
No. Design pressure and temperature, material, medium design inputs, interfaces, inspection and delivery requirements are also needed for a reliable assessment.
02Does the manufacturer select the material and sealing system?＋
These should be defined by the design documents or authorised designer. Huawang can review manufacturability but does not replace design conclusions without a confirmed design basis.
03Can batch orders be assessed?＋
Yes. Specification consistency, quantity, quality plan, production period and transport organisation are considered together.
04Do the markings in the photographs indicate a standard product series?＋
No. The images are verified local equipment records and show related service and delivery scenes only. Project ratings remain governed by approved documents.
