Pressure Vessel Replacement & Revamp
Send the old equipment reference, revised service conditions and site interface records to assess a replacement vessel. Huawang reviews the fabrication scope before a project-specific quotation.
Heze Huawang is a pressure-vessel and large custom process-equipment manufacturer. In-house fabrication is assessed first; joint manufacture, specialist subcontracting and sourced items must have their actual origin and responsibility identified in the quotation.

- Issue a quotation with assumptions, exclusions and delivery dependencies
Existing defects and unauthorised site changes are not copied automatically. Field services, installation and code approval require separate scope confirmation.

Missing original drawings do not prevent a preliminary RFQ. Start with equipment tags, nameplate records or photographs; agree survey access and a new approved manufacturing basis before fabrication.

Submit authorised drawings, a datasheet or an equipment list for a fabrication-scope review. Identify drawing status, materials, inspection requirements and vendor deliverables rather than assuming every file is approved for construction.

Assess whether Huawang fits a specific pressure-vessel order using current licence scope, fabrication resources and controlled evidence. Public company information is a starting point, not a blanket approval for every code or service.
Inspection & Vendor Documentation Scope
Define ITP, TPI, VDR and MDR requirements before award. Connect inspection notifications, document revisions, comments and final release to the actual equipment tags and agreed contract scope.
