Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ, the website may collect company and contact details, telephone or WeChat information, email, equipment details, design conditions, project notes and files that you choose to upload. Basic source, language, page and contact-event data may also be recorded to evaluate website effectiveness.
How information is used
Contact details are used for project communication. Drawings, data sheets, specifications and other attachments are used only for manufacturability assessment and related business or technical communication. Customer RFQ materials are not used as public website content or as AI training data.
Storage and protection
RFQ attachments are stored outside the public website directory and do not receive public, indexable links. Administrative access and file downloads require authorization and are covered by system audit records.
