Design and fabrication considerations
Materials, structure, inspection and process requirements remain governed by approved project documents and the applicable code.Materials and structure
Material grade, corrosion allowance, supports and nozzles follow approved documents and are reviewed for fabrication, lifting and transport.
Connections and accessories
Process, drain, vapour and liquid connections, instruments and safety accessory interfaces and orientation are checked before fabrication.
Batch fabrication
Batch projects require coordinated material supply, production sequence, inspection hold points, finished-vessel handling and phased shipment.
Inspection and testing
NDE, heat treatment, pressure testing and any tightness testing follow the design documents and project specification.
Transport and site conditions
Transport envelope, weight, support, route, unloading and site lifting constraints should be reviewed early for large horizontal tanks.

The project basis normally depends on medium, capacity, pressure and temperature, design code, interfaces and site conditions. The photographed vessel is not presented as a fixed catalogue model.

Yes. Quantity, materials, production period, inspection plan and phased delivery requirements are reviewed together.
03Should transport route information be supplied with the RFQ?＋
For large vessels, early information on the site, route restrictions, unloading and lifting helps prevent later delivery conflicts.
04Do words on the vessel identify a customer?＋
