MANUFACTURING
Fabrication of large, heavy and custom pressure vessels and process equipment for major chemical and industrial projects.

MANUFACTURING SCALE
VERIFIED PARAMETERS
Indicates the lifting foundation available in the plant. Each lifting plan remains subject to equipment weight distribution, work position, rigging and operating conditions.
An equipment capability value, not a guarantee for every material, plate width or shell diameter. Project review must consider material, width, diameter and forming requirements.
Current confirmed furnace capability. Applicability, loading, temperature measurement and process planning are confirmed against equipment dimensions, material and project requirements.
Multiple NDE methods are available and selected against material, welded-joint configuration, equipment structure and project specification.
CAPABILITY CHAIN

An approximately 150-mu manufacturing base supporting fabrication, internal handling, inspection and shipment of large pressure vessels and process equipment.

Cutting, rolling, fit-up and related fabrication equipment is assessed for each project against material, plate width, diameter, structure and process requirements.

Material identification transfer, cutting, edge preparation, rolling and forming are carried out to approved fabrication documents.

Large, heavy, long and custom structures are planned around shop positions, lifting, sectional fabrication and transport constraints.

Material receipt, identification and traceability continue through fabrication. Welding procedures, personnel qualification and process records follow project quality requirements.

An approximately 5 m × 5 m × 25 m heat treatment furnace is available. Applicability and the heat treatment cycle are confirmed against material, structure, dimensions and project specifications.

RT, UT, MT, PT and TOFD are selected as applicable against material, welded-joint configuration, equipment structure and project specification.

Document review, material receipt, in-process inspection, pressure testing and final documentation form a traceable quality-control chain.

A maximum 150 t lifting foundation supports large-equipment handling. Centre of gravity, lifting points, transport envelope, route and site delivery conditions are reviewed early.
