LPG & CRYOGENIC EXPORT PROCUREMENT
Liquid CO2 Storage, Transfer & Gas Supply Packages
Start a CO2 package with the liquid source, refilling and controlled storage, adding pumping, vaporization, reheating and regulation/metering for the required liquid or gas outlet. The actual design basis establishes pressure/temperature, phase management and refrigeration or pressure-maintenance requirements. Assign gas purity/use, equipment cleaning and downstream process or food-quality validation separately; package supply does not combine them into one guarantee.

Heze Huawang Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. is a pressure-vessel and process-equipment manufacturer in Heze, Shandong, China. This procurement scope combines the accepted fabrication boundary with identified specialist supply, joint manufacturing and integration where required.
EXPORT PROCUREMENT
Liquid CO2 Storage, Transfer & Gas Supply Packages
| Purchase item | Conditions to provide | Supply and responsibility boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Storage management | Refill state, inventory, ambient, shutdown and pressure management | Confirm tank, refrigeration and protective controls against duty |
| Liquid / gas delivery | Pump or gas flow, outlet temperature/pressure and continuous duty | Identify suppliers of pumps, vaporization/reheating and metering |
| Quality and interfaces | Use, purity, impurities, cleaning and downstream sampling | Separate equipment tests, gas quality and process validation |
Conceptual equipment sequence
Purchasing sequence only, not a P&ID or construction drawing. Confirm process, safety and control design for the actual site.
- 1Liquid CO2 refill
- 2Controlled storage/pressure management
- 3Liquid transfer or vaporization/reheating
- 4Quality and user interface
Send the information already available
- CO2 source/composition, refill duty and inventory/quantity
- Liquid/gas use, consumption/peak, outlet requirements and utilities
- Country, documents, controls, spares, transport and schedule
- Include installation country/site, medium, capacity or flow with unit basis, operating/design pressure and temperature, quantity, destination requirements, optional equipment, requested date and transport constraints. Mark unknown items as open; send the existing specification, drawing or equipment list first.
Manufacturing, documents and delivery agreement
| Purchase item | Conditions to provide | Supply and responsibility boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment origin | Identify tank fabrication within the accepted scope and each vaporizer, pump or valve train as in-house, specialist-sourced, jointly manufactured or integrated | The quotation identifies actual makers, applicable credentials and responsibilities; a requested destination approval is not an existing certification |
| Inspection and documents | Agree datasheets, interface drawings, ITP, material/welding/NDE records, tests, cleaning, insulation/vacuum checks and operating documents as applicable | State applicability, language, witness party, review points and final dossier index in the order |
| Packing and transport | Confirm final envelope, net/shipping weight, centre of gravity, lifting points, supports, preservation, packing and loose-item list | Agree port/road limits, shipping sections, handling equipment, delivery terms and transfer of risk for the project |
| Site work and local compliance | Overseas design, erection, piping, commissioning, inspection and turnkey requirements can be proposed and confirmed with qualified responsible parties for the actual scope | Equipment supply does not automatically include civil/fire/power works, permitting, medical-system validation or a complete station performance guarantee |
Evidence to check before order release
Confirm the proposed actual manufacturer, its current applicable credentials and scope, relevant equipment records, inspection plan and agreed sample dossier. Reference images show general manufacturing context only; specialist and joint supply retain the actual maker's identity.

Liquid CO2 Storage & Supply
Specify CO2 source quality, refill state, storage pressure/temperature and required outlet phase.
Cryogenic Pumps & Transfer Equipment
Submit medium state, inlet conditions, flow/head, continuous or intermittent duty and downstream pressure together for a cryogenic pump RFQ.
Cryogenic Vaporizers & Reheating Equipment
Quote a vaporizer from the actual medium, liquid inlet state, average/peak flow, outlet temperature/pressure and continuous operating period.
Gas Pressure Regulation & Metering Skids
Start a regulation/metering RFQ with the gas inlet range, required outlet pressure, average/peak flow and metering reference basis.

RFQ WORKSHEET
Cryogenic tank and gas supply RFQ
Fill in known conditions only. Attach your existing drawing, equipment list or specification; we can help clarify the rest.Include refill intervals and gas-flow units / reference conditions to relate inventory to vaporization duty. Oxygen cleanliness, nitrogen / argon purity, LNG composition / boil-off and CO2 phase control are reviewed for the service. For ethylene, ethane, atmospheric tanks, medical LOX and accessories, specify the service state, destination and responsibility boundaries separately.
Download RFQ worksheet (Excel, Chinese + English)No registration needed. Return the completed file through the inquiry form or email chenlei@cnhuawang.com.
PROJECT INQUIRY
One item, an equipment combination or a project package
Start with the files and conditions you have. Sales can clarify missing items; destination approvals, performance, lead time and site services need a project-specific agreement.
