DIRECT ANSWERConfirm the destination country, installation location, final service, applicable regulation, selected design code, conformity or registration route, inspection body and required certificates before fixing price or delivery. A vessel designed to a named code does not prove that the manufacturing factory holds the required authorization, and a partner's certificate is not Huawang's certificate.
Build a destination compliance matrix before supplier selection
Use primary regulator or scheme-owner information for the jurisdiction, then have the owner, importer or qualified compliance party confirm the project route. Record the factory named on the certificate, its authorized scope and validity; do not accept a logo or a copied certificate without scope verification.
| RFQ question | Evidence to request | Decision recorded |
|---|---|---|
| Where will the vessel be installed and used? | Country, site, owner/importer and final service | Jurisdiction and responsible compliance party |
| Which design basis applies? | Project specification, design code/edition and approved deviations | Code basis separated from factory authorization |
| What qualification is mandatory? | Certificate issuer, holder, manufacturing location, scope and validity | Qualified factory, qualified partner route or no-bid |
| Who inspects and releases? | Inspection-body acceptance, ITP points and import/registration documents | Witness, hold, review and release responsibilities |
| What reaches the destination? | Document language, marking, packing, preservation, transport and Incoterm responsibilities | Priced delivery and document boundary |
Issue a conditional quotation only after gaps are visible
List every unconfirmed regulatory or certificate item as a condition with an owner and due date. If the required qualification cannot be verified, state a compliant partner-supply route or decline that scope; translation or third-party inspection cannot cure a missing mandatory factory authorization.
- Keep design-code compliance and manufacturing authorization in separate rows
- Name the actual manufacturing location for each pressure item
- Identify the owner/importer, conformity body and inspection interfaces
- Price document translation, marking, preservation and transport explicitly
- Carry approved changes into the final compliance and manufacturing dossier
Conditions to confirm for the project
- Destination country, installation site and final service
- Regulation, design code and edition
- Conformity, registration and factory-authorization route
- Inspection body, ITP and document language
- Packing, preservation, transport and importer responsibilities
Relevant manufacturing capability
- Destination-specific manufacturability and document review
- Transparent identification of self-manufacture and qualified partner supply
- Export packing, preservation and delivery-document coordination
Key notes
- This page does not claim that Huawang holds ASME, PED or any destination authorization not verified for the project.
- A design code is not the same thing as a manufacturing certificate.
- Final legal and conformity decisions require the responsible authority or qualified project professional.
