LPG & CRYOGENIC EXPORT PROCUREMENT
Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon Storage and Gas Supply
An oxygen/nitrogen/argon supply purchase may include a vacuum powder-insulated tank, unloading interface, vaporizer, regulation/metering valves, cryogenic piping and controls. The storage-to-vaporization sequence is similar, but confirm oxygen-service cleaning, nitrogen/argon purity and liquid-versus-gas use separately. Consumption, peaks, refill interval and standby arrangements jointly define the list; tank capacity alone cannot define the complete system.

Heze Huawang Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. is a pressure-vessel and process-equipment manufacturer in Heze, Shandong, China. This procurement scope combines the accepted fabrication boundary with identified specialist supply, joint manufacturing and integration where required.
EXPORT PROCUREMENT
Oxygen, Nitrogen & Argon Storage and Gas Supply
| Purchase item | Conditions to provide | Supply and responsibility boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Oxygen | Oxygen materials, cleaning, preservation and end-use type | Assign gas quality, medical requirements and terminal validation separately |
| Nitrogen / argon | Impurity limits, coincident users, pressure and purge | Review inventory, vaporization peak and quality interfaces independently |
| System handover | Unloading, pumps, vaporizers, valves, piping, controls and standby | Agree factory equipment tests separately from site commissioning and local inspection |
Conceptual equipment sequence
Purchasing sequence only, not a P&ID or construction drawing. Confirm process, safety and control design for the actual site.
- 1Liquid unloading
- 2Service-specific LOX/LIN/LAr storage
- 3Vaporization and required reheating
- 4Regulation/metering and user interface
Send the information already available
- Medium, liquid/gas use, inventory, average/peak flow and reference basis
- Minimum site ambient, operating duration, heat/power and refill conditions
- Country, site interfaces, inspection documents and service scope
- Include installation country/site, medium, capacity or flow with unit basis, operating/design pressure and temperature, quantity, destination requirements, optional equipment, requested date and transport constraints. Mark unknown items as open; send the existing specification, drawing or equipment list first.
Manufacturing, documents and delivery agreement
| Purchase item | Conditions to provide | Supply and responsibility boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment origin | Identify tank fabrication within the accepted scope and each vaporizer, pump or valve train as in-house, specialist-sourced, jointly manufactured or integrated | The quotation identifies actual makers, applicable credentials and responsibilities; a requested destination approval is not an existing certification |
| Inspection and documents | Agree datasheets, interface drawings, ITP, material/welding/NDE records, tests, cleaning, insulation/vacuum checks and operating documents as applicable | State applicability, language, witness party, review points and final dossier index in the order |
| Packing and transport | Confirm final envelope, net/shipping weight, centre of gravity, lifting points, supports, preservation, packing and loose-item list | Agree port/road limits, shipping sections, handling equipment, delivery terms and transfer of risk for the project |
| Site work and local compliance | Overseas design, erection, piping, commissioning, inspection and turnkey requirements can be proposed and confirmed with qualified responsible parties for the actual scope | Equipment supply does not automatically include civil/fire/power works, permitting, medical-system validation or a complete station performance guarantee |
Evidence to check before order release
Confirm the proposed actual manufacturer, its current applicable credentials and scope, relevant equipment records, inspection plan and agreed sample dossier. Reference images show general manufacturing context only; specialist and joint supply retain the actual maker's identity.

Liquid Oxygen Tanks & Oxygen Supply Equipment
Request a vacuum powder-insulated liquid oxygen tank alone, with liquid-withdrawal equipment, or with vaporized oxygen supply.
Liquid Nitrogen Storage, Liquid Withdrawal & Gas Supply
Separate direct liquid-nitrogen use from vaporized nitrogen supply before defining usable inventory, refill cycle and outlet duty.
Liquid Argon Tanks & Central Argon Supply
Organize liquid argon storage and gas supply around point-of-use purity, impurity limits, coincident flow and pressure stability.
Cryogenic Vaporizers & Reheating Equipment
Quote a vaporizer from the actual medium, liquid inlet state, average/peak flow, outlet temperature/pressure and continuous operating period.
Gas Pressure Regulation & Metering Skids
Start a regulation/metering RFQ with the gas inlet range, required outlet pressure, average/peak flow and metering reference basis.

RFQ WORKSHEET
Cryogenic tank and gas supply RFQ
Fill in known conditions only. Attach your existing drawing, equipment list or specification; we can help clarify the rest.Include refill intervals and gas-flow units / reference conditions to relate inventory to vaporization duty. Oxygen cleanliness, nitrogen / argon purity, LNG composition / boil-off and CO2 phase control are reviewed for the service. For ethylene, ethane, atmospheric tanks, medical LOX and accessories, specify the service state, destination and responsibility boundaries separately.
