PRODUCT DIRECTION
Skid & Packaged Equipment
Equipment integration, process skids, piping and related fabrication support assessed from project process documents and confirmed supply boundaries.

PRODUCT SCOPE
Typical equipment scope
The final manufacturing scope follows the approved drawings, specifications and confirmed project boundaries.- Process equipment skids
- Pressure-vessel integration
- Skid process piping
- Base frames and supports
- Instrument interface coordination
- Modular packaged equipment
MANUFACTURING FOCUS
Manufacturing review focus
- Consistency of process and mechanical documents
- Equipment, piping and base-frame interfaces
- Material and welding control
- Module dimensions, lifting and transport
- Inspection, testing and cleanliness
- Clear supply, installation and commissioning boundaries
RFQ INPUTS
Information recommended for an RFQ
Incomplete information may be submitted for an initial discussion; pending items should be identified clearly.- Process flow diagrams and equipment list
- Equipment and piping design documents
- Material, valve and instrument boundaries
- Base-frame, interface and layout requirements
- Inspection, testing and protection requirements
- Module dimensions, transport and site conditions
FAQ
Skid & Packaged Equipment RFQ questions
01Are instruments and valves included in a skid project?+
They are not included by default. Equipment, piping, valves, instruments, electrical work, installation and commissioning boundaries must be confirmed item by item.
02Can skid equipment be shipped as one module?+
This must be assessed from module dimensions and weight, transport route, lifting points, site reception and installation conditions.
03Can an inquiry begin with a process flow diagram only?+
An initial discussion is possible, but equipment, piping, materials, interfaces, instruments, inspection and supply-boundary documents must then be added.
