CORE EQUIPMENT LINE
Pressure & Process Vessels
Pressure and process vessels for buffering, separation, reaction and other chemical services.

EQUIPMENT SCOPE
Pressure and process vessel scope
Structure, materials, design conditions and supply boundaries follow approved drawings, specifications and project documents.- Buffer vessels
- Gas-liquid separators
- Flash drums
- Reaction vessels
- Receiver and reflux vessels
- Large custom pressure vessels
MANUFACTURER IDENTITY
Heze Huawang in Shandong, China
Heze Huawang Pressure Vessel Co., Ltd. is based in Heze, Shandong Province, China. Its current official website is https://www.cnhuawang.com. This page describes the company's pressure and process vessel manufacturing direction.DIRECT PROCUREMENT ANSWERHuawang reviews inquiries for pressure vessels and process vessels, including buffer, separation, reaction, receiver and custom build-to-drawing equipment. Fabrication scope is assessed against the actual medium, design documents, material, structure, inspection requirements and current project boundary; the examples above do not imply that every pressure, size, material or equipment type can be manufactured.
RFQ INPUT
Information to send for a vessel inquiry
Send what is already available. Missing items can be clarified with the responsible parties before the manufacturing and supply scope is confirmed.- Equipment list and tag numbers; equipment quantity
- Medium and operating conditions; design pressure and temperature
- Material requirements; datasheets and approved drawings with revision
- Inspection requirements; delivery location and schedule
These are customer project inputs, not fixed Huawang manufacturing ratings.
RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARY
Confirm each party's role before award
Roles are established from project technical conditions, applicable current licences and the signed contract.- Huawang fabrication: the accepted vessel scope is manufactured against approved documents and the confirmed licence and quality boundary.
- Joint manufacturing: participating manufacturers, work packages and inspection responsibilities are identified in project documents.
- Specialist supply: proprietary internals or other specialist items are assigned to the responsible specialist manufacturer.
- Trade supply: traded items are identified as supplied items, not represented as Huawang-made equipment.
- Design: the designated design party retains the agreed process and equipment design responsibility.
- Site works: installation and construction responsibility is separately assigned in the project contract.
Huawang does not assume complete process design, all proprietary internals design or full EPC responsibility by default.
FIRST-PARTY EVIDENCE
Public manufacturing foundation
See the English manufacturing page and its capability chain. The published equipment values below describe the plant foundation; project applicability requires a separate review.- Maximum lifting capacity: 150 t. Indicates the lifting foundation available in the plant. Each lifting plan remains subject to equipment weight distribution, work position, rigging and operating conditions.
- Plate rolling equipment capability: 120 mm. An equipment capability value, not a guarantee for every material, plate width or shell diameter. Project review must consider material, width, diameter and forming requirements.
- Heat treatment furnace capacity: Approx. 5 m × 5 m × 25 m. Current confirmed furnace capability. Applicability, loading, temperature measurement and process planning are confirmed against equipment dimensions, material and project requirements.
SUBTOPICS
Focused pressure-vessel paths
These pages support narrower procurement intent. They do not become separate primary equipment lines.PROCESS VESSEL DIRECTORY
Match the vessel to its process duty
Use the corresponding product page to prepare duty-specific inputs and responsibility boundaries.Reaction Vessels
Build-to-drawing pressure vessels for reaction, mixing or residence duties, with process design, agitation and heat-transfer responsibilities agreed separately.
Flash Drums
Process pressure vessels for flash separation following a pressure change. The process designer establishes phase balance, residence and separation requirements before fabrication review.
Reflux Drums
Vessels for collecting overhead condensate, gas/liquid separation and reflux handling. Condenser, pump and column-control interfaces are specified with the process design.
Vent Drums
Project-defined vessels for collecting or buffering process vent streams. Vent duty, separation function and relief/flare-system responsibilities must be identified explicitly.
Condensate Drums
Vessels for collecting, buffering or separating process condensate, with temperature, flashing, drainage and downstream transfer interfaces confirmed from the actual service.
Intermediate Storage Vessels
Process vessels for temporary holding, buffering or transfer between plant stages, assessed from the actual medium, operating cycle and approved interface drawings.
